Simple methods to increase your energy and reduce your stress.

Stress is one of the main causes of illness in our society. In our daily lives there is hardly a moment when we are not facing a deadline or being pulled in two directions. We sleep, eat, and exercise less healthily and often we feel trapped in the wheel, unable to make changes.
We probably can’t escape stress altogether but there are ways to manage stress better.

Learn how to:

- Deal with stress in the moment
- Reduce stress in everyday life
- Overcome a “tired spell”
- Increase your overall well-being and energy level
- Create long-term changes to prevent stress reactions

Please wear comfortable clothing since classes will include physical movement, meditations and other exercises.
