Day-Camp for Grown-Ups – Fun with Fairies and Other Nature Beings

December 17th, 2006

A fun and playful learning experience for the child in you.

Many of us remember our imaginary friends, the monster in the wardrobe, or the friendly old lady who lived in the rosebush behind the house. We enjoyed listening to fairytales and in our imagination we went on wonderful journeys to marvellous places. Now we may be facing these places and beings again through the eyes of the children in our lives.
Far from being pure figments of our imagination, nature beings, angels, and other mythical creatures represent the powerful energies that surround us on a daily basis. These energies shape our lives, support or obstruct our movement, and sometimes just want to remind us of the importance of having fun. There is much to learn from them.

So come out and spend a day in the beauty of a natural environment. Observe plants, insects and the play of light and find the magic and meaning in it all again.

-     Renew your acquaintance with fairytales – and your imagination
-     Exlore the effect of nature’s energies and rhythms
-     Rediscover the joy of play and creative expression for its own sake
-     Enjoy the peace and warmth of connecting to nature
-     And more
