Themed Group: Power, Truth, and Expression

NEW START DATE:  February 2nd to March 29nd, 2012
Richmond Hill, ON

Some of our most persistent issues revolve around our relationships with others. These issues are often difficult to address in individual therapy without the dynamics with other people being present. Group therapy offers an opportunity to observe these dynamics and get to some of those underlying issues. Group therapy comes in many shapes and forms:  open or closed; limited time or opened ended; free or themed. But what all forms of group therapy have in common is an experience of sharing one’s experiences with others, supporting others in their explorations of self, and healing some of those blocks and wounds that are connected to groups and being with others.

The basis of all our relationships is our understanding of and treatment of ourselves, especially our own relationship to our Personal Power, our Heart’s Truth, and our True Expression in the world.

This limited time, closed, themed group explores our relationship to those three important aspects of self and how this inner relationship influences outer relationships and is influenced by them.

  • what is your idea of your own Power
  • beliefs around power in general
  • how do we access our Heart’s Truth
  • how to differentiate Truth from Desire or Conditioning
  • how do you express yourself in the world
  • what are the blocks to full self-expression
  • and more
