Our gift certificates come in a greeting card of your choice.

You can choose to make your gift very personal or more formal, specific or flexible, price neutral (without mention of cost) or including the value of the certificate. Once you choose the greeting card to contain your gift certificate please email me with the following information:

1. Number and title of the greeting card you chose
2. The course / workshop / number of therapy sessions / or dollar value you would like on the gift certificate
3. The name of the person to whom this gift certificate will be given
4. Your name (and if you would like that included on the certificate: “from: ME”)
5. The address where you want the certificate send
6. The address where to send the receipt / verification notice (if required)

You will receive a confirmation email with payment amounts and instructions (cheque or via PayPal). Gift certificates generally will be mailed out within three business days after receipt of payment. They are valid for one year from the date of issuing (the date of mailing).
