In our world of daily hurry and hustle, of constant noise and light, the ability to be still is becoming a skill we need to learn. In the absence of stillness – inner and outer – anxiety can flourish. To heal, we need to re-learn patience, remember kindness toward ourselves and others, and rekindle our understanding of home. And one of the ways to do this is to spend time in nature.
