Nature moves through a continuous cycle of emergence, growth, harvest, rest, and renewal. We, too, experience these rhythms throughout our lives.
The Seasons of Reflection series offers opportunities to pause throughout the year and explore the gifts each season brings through short solstice and equinox celebrations and eight-week-long therapeutic reflection groups.
Whether you join a single experience or return season after season, each invitation offers space to reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the wisdom of the natural world.
Seasonal Therapeutic Groups
This series of small, closed and guided groups is designed for adults who are looking for a thoughtful space to pause, reflect, and reorient throughout the year.
Each offering follows the natural rhythm of the year, with a distinct seasonal focus:
Autumn – Harvest & Letting Go
October-November
A reflective group exploring life patterns, biographical threads, and the experience of change and loss — including what is ending, what is being asked of you now, and how to work with loss in a grounded way.
Winter – Stillness & Finding Meaning
January-February
A quieter circle for deepening reflection, strengthening inner clarity, and listening more closely to what is emerging beneath the surface.
Spring – Renewal & Looking Ahead
April-May
A space to explore what wants to take shape next — clarifying values, making aligned decisions, and moving forward with greater intention and choice.
Summer – Abundance & Living Fully
Without specific dates.
Daily Journal and Activity prompts, sent to your inbox, and ready for you, at your own timing.
Groups can be taken individually or as part of an ongoing rhythm of reflection. Over time, participants may find that returning at different points in the year offers a steady and supportive way to stay connected to what is unfolding in their lives.
The groups will be held online, with exercises encouraging exploration of the natural world suggested for in-between meetings.
Solstice and Equinox Celebrations
The changing seasons offer natural moments to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves. Yet in the busyness of everyday life, these quiet turning points often pass unnoticed.
These short events are an invitation to step out of your usual routine and into a space of reflection. Each celebration is inspired by the unique qualities of the season and offers an opportunity to slow down, notice what is unfolding in your life, and explore it through guided reflection, mindfulness, and creative practices.
Whether you attend one event or return throughout the year, each stands on its own while also becoming part of a gentle rhythm of self-care, awareness, and personal growth.
