)As human beings, we are more than just the bodies we inhabit or the feelings which move in us – or move us. We are connected to a great whole. For some, that may be the community or society in which they live, for others, it may be the universe, a spiritual community, or spirit itself.

This spiritual therapeutic group will provide a space to work with the spiritual aspect of our lives and beings. In weekly two-hour sessions, we will explore topics ranging from chakras and archetypes to dreamwork, biographical therapy, journaling and oracle or tarot work.

Each session will start and end with a short meditation to create the right inner space. This will be followed by a short introduction of a tool, theme, or general idea, before there will be time for the group members to share their experiences, hopes, wishes, blocks, concerns, and dreams.

The group is closed, meaning that for the duration or each rotation (nine sessions), no new members are accepted into it. This allows the participants to build trust and understanding for each other. At the end of a rotation, new members are welcomed to the group, and existing members can decide if they want to continue or take a break for a rotation or more.

The small group environment and the closed format allow for closer connections to be built and trust to be established, two necessary components for our souls to feel comfortable with sharing our deepest thoughts and dreams.

Fee for 9 sessions: $355 ($314.16 +HST)
