Seasons of Reflection

Honouring Nature's Rhythms. Deepening Our Own.

Nature moves through a continuous cycle of emergence, growth, harvest, rest, and renewal. We, too, experience these rhythms throughout our lives. The Seasons of Reflection series offers opportunities to pause throughout the year and explore the gifts each season brings through short gatherings and multi-week reflection groups. Whether you join a single experience or return season after season, each invitation offers space to reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the wisdom of the natural world.

Winter: Stillness - Finding Meaning

Winter is a time of retreat, of stillness and contemplation. With long nights and cold days, it calls us inward, asking us to be still and listen to the inner voices of hope and desire. And the wide-open winter night skies offer their celestial wisdom.

To celebrate and honour this time of stillness and introspection, I offer an

8-week winter group and a winter solstice journaling experience.

Spring: Renewal - Looking Ahead

Spring is a time of renewal, of opening up to life and light again, getting active, and looking ahead. It is a transition from the stillness and introversion of winter into the fullness and openness of summer.

To facilitate this transition, I offer an

8-week spring group and a spring equinox gathering.

Summer: Abundance - Living Fully

Summer is a time of abundance, of light and openness to the world. It invites us out to connect with others. It tantalizes the senses with an abundance of colour, smell, taste, and more.

To celebrate this abundance of summer, I offer a

one-day in-person Summer Solstice Retreat and a series of journal and activity prompts.

Autumn: Harvest - Letting Go

Autumn invites us to pause and take stock. As nature turns inward, we too are given an opportunity to reflect on what we have gathered, what has changed, and what we are ready to release.

To facilitate this transition, I offer an

8-week reflective therapy group and an equinox gathering.
